Warranty Administrator - Part Time

A vacancy has arisen for a Warranty Administrator to join our busy After Sales team. This role is a busy and varied position ideal for a flexible, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual.

The role will require a successful applicant to administer Service and Parts warranty claims, ensuring warranty cases are processed swiftly and that credit notes are accurate and timely.  They will also be required to administer the creation of new quotations for customers, and to carry out general office administration duties.
The vacancy requires accuracy and excellent attention to detail; it will need a confident individual who is able to communicate to colleagues, customers, suppliers and at Group level.
The ideal candidate will have a keen focus on customer satisfaction and must also thrive under pressure in a customer driven environment. The successful applicant will have worked in the aftersales market within a similar industry, such as special purpose vehicles, mobile plant or agricultural equipment. 
Experience of invoicing and planning is a must as well as a good working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office Applications.
