New to the Scarab range in 2021, the Maven 65 is a heavy-duty twin-engine sweeper capable of being mounted onto virtually any internationally available 12 to 18-tonne GVW truck chassis. Incorporating all the benefits associated with Scarab equipment, the powerful performance and a carefully selected range of options available with this machine ensure it can meet the demands of all municipal and heavy-duty contractor applications.
THE NEXT LEVEL OF SWEEPING PERFORMANCE
Guided by extensive customer feedback, the Maven 65 replaces the outgoing M65T as Scarab's leading twin-engine solution. The Maven 65 was developed to offer significant improvements across the machine including 20% improved suction performance via the standard inclusion of Scarab's high-speed fan system, increased fuel capacity to 200 litres allowing longer on-station time, reduced fuel consumption by 20%, and a range of enhanced operational and maintenance features.
The Maven 65 has been designed for operators who prefer a twin-engine configuration but who also wish to benefit from the very best in road sweeper technology.
All the qualities that make SCARAB the street sweeper of choice for so many operators are incorporated in the Maven 65. The combination of a powerful, yet economical Stage V Duetz engine, streamlined airflow path and efficient High-Speed Fan configuration has led to a 20% overall reduction in fuel consumption.
The Maven 65 can be supplied as a completely built machine from the factory or for specific markets can be supplied as an Export Skid Unit for local mounting in the country of destination.
SCARAB's export skid units are designed to allow operators from around the world to experience our cutting-edge technology. The Maven 65 provides a familiar transmission and power-delivery system for users whose operational needs call for auxiliary engine power, while being able to rely on our renowned sweeping performance.

The Maven 65 has been designed for operators who prefer a twin-engine configuration but who also wish to benefit from the very best in road sweeper technology.
The quiet, low-emission engine was selected for its ability to provide ample power at low rpm, with reduced fuel consumption and industry-leading service intervals and without the need for AdBlue. Its position, between hopper and cab, affords ease of access for servicing. All engine filters and main service points can be reached from the large service platform.
The simple fluid power system and Scarab’s industry-leading CANbus control reduce ownership costs and maximise reliability.
The Maven 65 can easily switch between single and dual sweeping functions thanks to the intuitive CANbus control system fitted to every Scarab machine. When the suction nozzle, side brush and widesweep functions are in operation the Maven 65 can sweep at a 2345mm width. However, the brushes can reach an impressive 3600mm span when simultaneously dual sweeping.
The hopper is completely manufactured from strong, corrosion and abrasion-resistant 4003 stainless steel. The hopper is shot blasted, a two-pack epoxy primer is applied and a hard-wearing topcoat provides a superior finish. The particulate screening is hinged and swings down to provide access to the operator for cleaning.
The intuitive CANbus controls and a colour monitor provide comprehensive feedback to both the driver and service team. The clear display indicates the sweeping configuration and vehicle condition - while also highlighting warnings and service reminders. Our real-time monitoring and data logging provide valuable assistance in troubleshooting technical problems and help keep your machine running at its most efficient.
As well as supplying market-leading sweeping solutions around the world, Scarab is proud to offer comprehensive After Sales support to clients.
We offer a range of tailored Service and Maintenance contracts to our clients to ensure that their Scarab machines are able to keep working at optimum performance, for longer.
What's more, thanks to our dedicated parts warehouse, Scarab ensures genuine parts are always in stock and can ship its trusted components to clients around the world.
The Maven 65 comes with a variety of options to help any operator meet the demands of their operation.
